Return & Refund Policy

At LoveSageGrace,

we stand behind the quality of our luxurious lingerie and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully pleased with an item, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns of intimate apparel that has been worn or washed for hygiene reasons.

 

To initiate a return, please email us at returns @ sagegracelingerieGmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive the returned items in their original condition, we will process a refund for the merchandise amount, minus the original shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive the returned items for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please follow the return process above. Once we receive the original item(s), we will ship out the new item(s) at no additional charge.

Sale Items

All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. In cases of defective or damaged merchandise only, we will refund any shipping fees paid.
